How to use a custom domain with Superdocu
Last updated on
You might want to use your own domain instead of a Superdocu subdomain to onboard your contacts, eg. using https://onboarding.yourcompany.com instead of https://yourcompany.superdocu.com.
The good news is that it is possible in a simple step:
Add a DNS entry in your DNS Provider settings
You need to add a new CNAME entry in your DNS Provider settings that will redirect to your Superdocu subdomain.
For example, if your subdomain is yourcompany.superdocu.com and you want your portal URLs to begin with onboarding.yourcompany.com, you would need to add a CNAME entry as follows:
onboarding IN CNAME yourcompany.superdocu.com.
Do not forget the point after superdocu.com.
Add your subdomain in your settings
In your settings, fill the “custom domain” field with the value you want, such as “onboarding.yourcompany.com”
Do not include the https:// or http:// before your domain
Stop chasing documents. Start collecting them.
