If you are having trouble accessing your secure space, here are the most common issues and how to solve them.
My sign-in link is expired or no longer valid
Sign-in links are single-use and have a limited validity. If your link no longer works, simply request a new one.

I entered my email but received nothing
Check:
- your spam or junk folder
- that you entered the correct email address (the one used in your invitation)
- that you are checking the right inbox
If you still haven’t received an email, contact the company that invited you.
I can’t access a step in my sequence
Some sequences require you to complete each step before accessing the next one. If you cannot proceed, check whether the current step has any remaining required items to submit or fill in.
