How to log in to my secure space?

When a company requests documents from you, you receive an email invitation with a sign-in link to access your personal space.

Your sign-in link

The link in your invitation email is personal and unique. It is valid for 7 days from when it was sent.

Once used, the link becomes invalid. If you need to sign in again, you can request a new link directly from the login page.

How to request a new sign-in link

  1. Go to the login page of your secure space.
  2. Enter the email address used for your invitation.
  3. Click Send a sign-in link.
  4. Open the most recent email you received and click the link within 20 minutes.

If you requested several links, only use the latest one — older links are no longer valid.

Didn’t receive the email?

Check:

  • your spam or junk folder
  • that you entered the correct email address
  • that you are checking the right inbox

If you still haven’t received anything, contact the company that invited you.

Signing out

To sign out, click the sign-out button in the top right of your screen. Your current link will be invalidated. You will need to request a new one to sign in again.
