My sign-in link has expired: what should I do?
If you see a message saying your link is no longer valid, don’t worry. You just need to request a new sign-in link from your secure space login page.
Why does this message appear?
A sign-in link may stop working for several reasons:
- the link has already been used;
- the validity period has expired;
- you opened an older email after a newer link had already been sent.
Each sign-in link is personal and can only be used once.
How to request a new link
- Go back to the login page of your secure space.
- Enter the email address used for your invitation.
- Click Send a sign-in link.
- Open the most recent email you received.
- Click the link within 20 minutes of receiving it.
A good habit before trying again
If you requested several links, only use the latest email you received. Older links may no longer be valid.
Didn’t receive the email?
First, check:
- your spam or junk folder;
- that you entered the correct email address;
- that you are checking the inbox linked to that address.
If you still haven’t received anything, contact the company that invited you to complete your file.
Tip
If this option is available in your space, you can also choose Sign in with a password to avoid requesting a new link each time you log in.
