Troubleshooting

If you have issues using Superdocu, follow the steps below.

1. I am getting “Unprocessable entity” when I log in

To protect your account from man-in-the-middle attacks, we use CSRF tokens which prevent cross-site request forgery. We store a unique code in your browser cookies and verify it when you log in. If there is a mismatch, sign-in is blocked.

The solution is to delete your Superdocu cookies, reload the page, and sign in again.

On Google Chrome

  1. Paste chrome://settings/siteData?searchSubpage=superdocu into your address bar.
  2. Click the trash icon for each item and delete them all.
  3. Go back to the sign-in page and reload it: https://app.superdocu.com/c/sign_in

On Microsoft Edge

  1. Go to Settings and more > Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data > See all cookies and site data.
  2. Search for superdocu and delete all listed cookies.
  3. Go back to the sign-in page and reload it.

On Firefox

  1. Click Firefox > Preferences > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > Manage Data.
  2. Search for superdocu and click Remove all shown.
  3. Go back to the sign-in page and reload it.

2. The “Test sequence” button redirects me to a sign-in page

When you click Test sequence, Superdocu creates a temporary contact account so you can preview what your contacts will see. If you were already logged in, a stale cookie may interfere.

Follow the steps in issue #1 above to clear cookies. If you have set up a custom domain (e.g. onboarding.yourcompany.com), also search for and delete cookies from that domain.

If this does not work, make sure third-party cookies are allowed in your browser settings.
