Getting started with Superdocu

Welcome to Superdocu! Here is everything you need to get set up quickly.

1. Customize your portal and profile

Make sure your space reflects your brand before inviting anyone.

• Go to your personal settings to add a profile picture.
• Customize your portal: colors, logo, and website URL.
• Optionally, add a custom domain or a custom SMTP server. Superdocu provides a subdomain and mail server by default.

2. Create your first workflow

A workflow is a structured collection process you define for your contacts. It is made up of ordered steps. Each step can contain:

• Information screens — text and images to welcome your contacts or explain the process
• Document requests — files your contacts must upload
• Forms — fields your contacts must fill in
• DocuSign contracts — documents to sign electronically

During onboarding, you can start from a pre-built template or create a workflow from scratch.

3. Invite contacts

Once your workflow is ready, add contacts from your Contacts page and assign them to the workflow.

Each contact receives a secure sign-in link by email to access their personal space and complete the workflow.

4. Validate incoming data

As contacts submit documents or fill in forms, you can act from your dashboard or their contact page:

• Review submitted files and form answers
• Accept or reject documents (with a reason if rejected)
• Send manual reminders if needed
• Download all validated documents

5. Monitor workflow progress

From the Workflows page, you get a per-step view of all contacts in a workflow — how many are complete, in progress, or blocked at a given step.
